2. The Group is the Largest Apparel Distributor in Macau


The Group ranked first among apparel distributors in Macau in terms of retail sales value in 2018 with a market share of approximately 4.3%1

The apparel retail market in Macau is diversified and the top five apparel distributors only occupied 11.5% of the total market in terms of retail sales value in 2018

Due to its success in Macau, the Group is able to provide store management services for some international brands

The Group operates over 70 retail stores in Macau, some are operated under store management service model

Most of them are strategically located in high-end shopping malls and complexes:
In the shopping malls ancillary to The Four Seasons Hotel, Galaxy Macau, The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, Sands Cotai Central, MGM Cotai, MGM Macau (Zona de Aterros do Porto Exterior), Studio City Macau, One Central, New Oriental Landmark Hotel

3. An Established Network of Retail Stores Covering Selected Strategic Geographic Locations


Established retail network covering strategic geographic locations in Greater China had attributed to the success of the Group’s brick and mortar operations and increase the revenue.

Mainland China
The retail stores are scattered in high-end shopping malls, mostly located in Tier 1, New Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities as well as selected Tier 3 cities.

Macau
The retails store network in Macau covers the major casinos and resorts.

Hong Kong
The retail stores are located in free-standing premises, shopping malls and a department store in prime shopping areas including Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Wan Chai and major local shopping areas such as Kwun Tong, Shatin and Olympian City.

4. The Brand Portfolio Has Over 100 Renowned International Brands Covering a Wide Selection of fashion Apparel and Lifestyle Merchandise


By adopting a multi-brand and multi-store business model, the Group offers fashion apparel and lifestyle merchandise of a wide range of international brands that cater different needs and tastes of the affluent customers. In respect of the fashion apparel in the retail stores, it covers men’s wear, women’s wear and children’s wear.

The fashion apparel of the Group include social apparel, suits, outerwear, intimate lingerie, athleisure wear and sportswear

The wide selection of the merchandise
Other than fashion apparel, the Group also offer footwear, cosmetic and skincare, designer home accessories, artistic ornaments and other lifestyle products in its retail stores.

WF Fashion, the multi-brand store
The Group opened WF Fashion in Macau in January 2019 with a view to enriching our lifestyle merchandise selection. Apart from fashion apparel, WF Fashion also offers lifestyle products such as artisan chocolate, skincare, designer furniture, designer home accessories and ornaments and home aromatic products procured from over 50 international brands.

5. An Experienced Senior Management and Stable and Dedicated Workforce


The Group is led by Mr. Fan Wing Ting, the founder, chairman and executive Director, together with an experienced and dedicated management team.

Under the leadership of the senior management team of the Group, the Group has grown into a well-established fashion apparel retail company in Greater China with a high degree of product differentiation, a broad brand portfolio and stores strategically located in premium locations in Greater China.
